The practice
My client’s experience of real estate feels smooth because it was made that way intentionally and with care.
Documents that arrived on time because there was follow up. A negotiation that went your way because you were advised on where to push and where to hold. A deal that stayed together after a ball was dropped because it was caught on your behalf.
That’s the job. Not the part you see — the showings, the contracts, the paperwork — but the invisible infrastructure that makes those things go right. I’ve been building that infrastructure in Charlotte and Lake Norman since 2013.
Agents and lenders in both markets want to work with me — not as a favor, but because I make their side easier too. I move fast, know what I’m talking about, and don’t manufacture friction where there shouldn’t be any. That reputation is what my clients carry into every transaction, regardless of how complex it is.
My practice is small because the alternative is a team, and a team means someone else is in the negotiation. I’ve chosen the version where it’s always me.

How I work
Every client type. The same standard.
Buyers
First-time buyers, move-up buyers, and established buyers across the full price range — from entry-level neighborhoods to luxury waterfront and historic Charlotte properties. I don’t cap showings or limit the search because I’m tired of looking — the process ends when the right home is found, not when it’s convenient.
Sellers
Pricing strategy, preparation, and negotiation. I don’t list homes I don’t believe in — if the numbers don’t work for you, I’ll say so. When an offer comes in, I know what to hold and what to move on, and I say it directly to the counterparty rather than softening something that shouldn’t be softened.
Relocation
Certified with USAA, Sirva, and Cartus. I’ve guided executives, veterans, and military families into the Charlotte and Lake Norman markets from across the country — often on compressed timelines, often sight-unseen for the first showing. I know how to move fast without cutting corners, and how to give out-of-state buyers an honest picture of each neighborhood before they commit to flying in.
VA & FHA
Genuine expertise, not a checkbox. I know the inspectors, the lenders, and the pitfalls that slow these transactions down. Most agents treat a VA offer as a complication. I treat it as a straightforward transaction with the right team — because with the right team, it is.
